      Q. Is shopping online secure?
      Absolutely. We make sure that we abide by our security and privacy policies. All information you provide during the ordering process is confidential to our staff. If you have other concerns about the security of ordering online from eBuddy, please feel free to contact us via email or call our Customer Service.

      Q. How do I place my order and complete my transaction?
      After adding items to your virtual shopping cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. We will then direct you to our secure server and you will be asked to either (1) create a new eBuddy Account or (2) you may sign up as eBuddy Shopper first on the Register button.

      Our system will maintain on file your shipping and billing information as well as your payment data so you do not have to repeat this required information each time you place an order. The functionality for you to view your purchasing history is also provided on your eBuddy Account.

      Once you have decided with the item/s to order, please enter your delivery information -- the name and address of the intended recipient of your delivery, followed by your billing details.

      You will have the option to confirm the billing and shipping details before you enter your payment details. After completing the shipping information, click on the "Continue to Payment" button and wait for your “Order Summary” to load up. Once you are set to conclude your order, click "Submit Order" button. We will show an on-screen order confirmation. We will also send a second confirmation via email. Please make sure that entered a correct email address.

      Q. How do I view, add and/or remove what’s in my shopping cart?
      By clicking the “View Cart” button, you can verify the contents of your cart. In the page, you can make changes to the quantity listed in your cart or cancel any item.

      If you wish to add more item/s, proceed with your shopping by browsing our product category pages. Once decided on an item to order, click the “Add to Cart” button.

      To place the number of item/s, enter the count that you would like to purchase in the "Qty" field found in the "Shopping Cart" page. Once done, you may continue exploring other shopping choices to pick and add to your cart or choose to post your order.

      To remove items, click the “View Cart” button to view all items currently listed. After you have identified the item that you would like to postpone buying, click on the “Remove” check box and then have your changes reflected by clicking "Update Cart."

      Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
      First, please make that you have entered your e-mail address correctly on the order form. Once the checkout process has been completed, a receipt will appear on your screen listing the summary of your order including the item/s that are being sent to your shipping address, your billing, and the shipping charges (plus shipping and handling rates, if applicable). You are advised to keep this receipt for your reference. We will also send a follow-up confirmation via email or phone call.

      Q. What if I need to change my address or suspend delivery of my order?
      Please contact us via email, or phone our Customer Service informing us with your changes. Prepare to tell us your old address, new address, and/or any other special instructions and concerns you may have regarding suspending the delivery of your order.

      Q. What are my payment options?
      You can choose to pay from among these options:
      (1) eBuddy Vouchers,
      (2) DragonPay or
      (3) Cash On Delivery for our tried and loyal shoppers.

      Q. What is your return policy? What if I have received a defective item?
      We want you to be completely happy with your experience at eBuddy. If for some reason you are not satisfied and you wish to return your order, please immediately get in touch with any of our Customer Service representative who will explain to you the instructions in returning your purchase.

      Subject to verification, you may return defective items to avail of a replacement or full refund within 7 days from the invoice date. Please keep in touch with our Customer Service to report and return the item.

      Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my delivery?
      All orders are shipped from our vendor’s stockroom. All estimates are based on business days. While our sellers commit the deliver most items on the following business day, we will also indicate the expected delivery time for orders with longer estimates -- for example, 5-8 business days. Note that all delivery lead times are estimated -- this calculation is based on the distance from our vendor’s stockroom location to your address. Delivery will take 3-5 business days within Metro Manila and 7-10 business days outside Metro Manila after the order has shipped.
